Now that Veganuary 2018 is underway, with over 155,000 participants trying out the plant-based lifestyle for January and possibly sticking to it permanently, a lot of questions and myths can arise about ditching animal products.

From animal rights and health benefits to environmental impact and nutrition, everyone has their own personal reasons for going vegan, but the constant assumptions made by your friends, family, and complete strangers can become tiresome; leaving you feeling unsupported and frustrated.
